How I got it running

So i got it unseased and put some oil in it and put some gas in it and I put on the gas tank and kicked it over a couple times and I got it to fire and I kicked it over a couple more times and it wouldn't fire so I got some starting fluid and kicked it once and it ran really high idk how to fix I'm working on it though (pics soon)
